On Fridays at 5:30 and Sundays (4:15) you can find him at The Core in Whistler, teaching a fun, one-hour class using using a variety of approaches.

 

RUNNER’S YOGA WORKSHOP ELEMENTS (3 1/2 hours)

 

What is the Runner’s Yoga Program?
A comprehensive training program designed to help runners correct imbalances, avoid injury, recover faster, and run in a pain-free, focused zone. It includes a proprietary yoga routine done to a rhythmic beat, breathing techniques, and unique training tools.

Runner's Yoga 30-Minute Routine
A dynamic, flowing series of yoga poses designed for runner’s bodies and recorded on CD for home practice.
First, we teach you the breathing techniques- simple but powerful. Then we carefully break down every pose, showing you variations for tight or injured bodies. And before you leave, we do the whole routine together with the CD playing. (You get your own copy of the CD, foldable Practice Card, Practice Tips, and Home-Practice Program.)

The CD
A rhythmic beat* sets the pace and crystal-clear instructions talk you through our proprietary 30-minute routine, making it easy for you to practice on your own. (*The beat was chosen for its ability to calm and focus the mind.) Bonus Track: 10-Minute Refresh – A deep, guided relaxation. Perfect for a quick recharge.
